HOW TO SIT WITH GOOD POSTURE
(Correcting Your Sitting Position)
What’s a Good Sitting Posture?
Best sitting position:
1.Keep your back against the chair.
2.Position your knees at the same height or slightly lower than the hips.
3.Keep your feet flat or rest them on either the floor or a footrest.
4.Maintain a small gap between the back of the knees and the chair.
5.Avoiding crossing your knees or ankles.
6.Relax your shoulders.
7.Keeping your forearms and thighs parallel to the floor.
8.Hold your elbows at the sides creating an L-shape.
9.Sitting up straight and looking forward without straining the neck.
